You can make an appointment directly in the front desk, or you can make an appointment through the specified software. For the aim to improve your meeting efficiency,our conference rooms are equipped with super-clear large screen and one-button projection equipment.
2.If a large number of participants need to use the conference room on the third floor, how should they charge?
There are conference rooms of different sizes on the third floor of the building, which can meet the different needs of 10 to 260 people. Our operators can book for you. The fee can be referred to "Changspace Payment Methods for Service".
3.What is the charge standard of conference rooms?
We will provide one hour of free conference room usage per month for each desk (including mobile desk) , and each conference room can be used. For charges in excess of time, please refer to "Changspace Payment Methods for Service.
4.Can you provide tea、coffee and other services?
We provide tea, coffee and other drinks, but you have to book beforehand with the staff. We will charge the related fees according to the "Changspace Payment Methods for Services".
5.Do we need to clean up the conference room after the meeting?
No, the Changspace cleaner will clean the conference room. But for the convenience of others and yourself, please try to keep the environment clean during the use.
