Changspace,founded in 2019,is the first co-working space in Changzhou.With the goal of building shared office space, we provide light-asset office solutions for enterprises. Through specialized services, we will build industrial ecological communities ,commercial social platforms and resource allocation platforms, creating a full range of innovative working experience.

Changspace is located on the 20th floor of Changfa Tower, No. 5 Yanzheng Middle Road, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. With the increase of the company, Changspace will create more high-quality office space for customers. Please look forward to it!

It is open 24 hours from Monday to Sunday.

(1) Mobile Desk
You can use any desk available in the public area. You just need to take your laptop with you and choose an available seat to start working.
(2) Dedicated Desk (designated desk in shared area)
You can use your own desk in the shared area. You do not need to carry your monitor or desk equipment when you leave. You will start working at the same place every day, and this place is safe.
(3) Dedicated Office
A space of your own equipped with office furniture can accommodate a team of 1 to 20 people to expand your business.
(4) Virtual Office Service
Changspace provides you with an address for business registration and external publicity, and provides you with all necessary support to save the high cost of renting physical office facilities.

You can open the front door and office door by swiping the access card. We also installed a control system, you can upload photos through the specified software to recognize your face and open the front door.

You can register information at the front desk of Changspace. Operators will help you. You need to pay a deposit of 20 yuan to apply for an access card. Access card can only be used by oneself, and can not be lent to others.

Your access card can open the entrance guard on the 1st floor, the front door on the 20th floor and your office door.

In order to ensure the financial safety of the tenants, please inform the operators to cancel the lost access card and pay a deposit of 20 yuan to fill in the new card.

In order to ensure the safety and orderliness of Changspace, if you have visitors coming, please report to the community management staff, Changspace will facilitate your contacts. Generally speaking, please receive in the reception hall. If you need to bring visitors into the office area, please explain in advance and register at the front desk. Do not bring visitors into the office area without permission.

Through the shared "Changspace" network, we provide members with wireless network access. The wireless network can be used in all our office space. We encourage guests and non-members to take advantage of our "Changspace Guest", which can also be used in all our office spaces.

You can make an appointment directly in the front desk, or you can make an appointment through the specified software. For the aim to improve your meeting efficiency,our conference rooms are equipped with super-clear large screen and one-button projection equipment.

There are conference rooms of different sizes on the third floor of the building, which can meet the different needs of 10 to 260 people. Our operators can book for you. The fee can be referred to "Changspace Payment Methods for Service".

We will provide one hour of free conference room usage per month for each desk (including mobile desk) , and each conference room can be used. For charges in excess of time, please refer to "Changspace Payment Methods for Service.

We provide tea, coffee and other drinks, but you have to book beforehand with the staff. We will charge the related fees according to the "Changspace Payment Methods for Services".

No, the Changspace cleaner will clean the conference room. But for the convenience of others and yourself, please try to keep the environment clean during the use.

Each company with a dedicated desk or office has a 50-page black-and-white print quota per desk per month (the fee is included in monthly membership fee). Any employee in the company can use these print quotas, which are aggregated. If the number of pages exceeds the number of pages allocated in the plan, there will be additional costs. Yes, members who rent dedicated desks or offices can bring their own printers. If you choose to install a wireless printer, we recommend that you set up a static IP address to ensure that other members do not accidentally print to your printer. If you have any problems with printer settings, please consult the operator, and we will arrange staff to help you install.

You can copy the scan installation package on the front desk computer, or you can have the front desk scan and send the file to you.

The operators of Changspace can collect express delivery for you. In order to avoid the loss of express delivery, please pick it up at the front desk as soon as possible after the signature of express delivery.
